Peace isn't a place we arrive at. Life will keep moving, surprising us, challenging us, and asking us to change.
Practicing peace and presence is about learning to notice what’s happening within us—to listen a little more closely, make room for what we feel, and create enough space to choose how we want to respond.
There is no perfect way to live, and no version of you waiting to be fixed. There is simply the life you’re living, and the ongoing invitation to understand yourself a little more deeply, again and again.
When you feel safe enough to be yourself, you can begin to notice what’s actually happening beneath the surface. Your thoughts, your patterns, your reactions, the stories you carry.
Not to judge them or change them, but simply to see them.
With a little more space between you and what’s happening within you, there’s more room to respond rather than simply react.

There are different ways to slow down, get curious, and see yourself and your life with a little more space.
Some are quiet and personal. Some unfold in conversation with others.
All are invitations to explore what it means to live with more peace, presence, and intention.
What are you curious about?
Each Curious Hour begins with a question and unfolds from there.
There’s nothing to prepare, nothing to prove, and nowhere you need to get to. Just show up as you are and see where the conversation takes you.
Sometimes, someone says something that makes you think, I’ve never thought of it that way.
And sometimes, a new perspective is all it takes to create a little more space—and a little more possibility.
What happens when we look at the same words through different eyes?
Every other month, we come together around a book—not to find the right interpretation, but to explore what it opens up for each of us.
We all read through the lens of our own lives, experiences, and questions, and sometimes the words that speak most loudly to one person land differently for another.
That’s where the conversation gets interesting.
A book becomes a starting point for seeing something differently, hearing a perspective you hadn't considered, and noticing what it might reveal about your own life. You don't have to agree. You don't even have to have an answer. Just bring your own perspective, and be curious about someone else's.
A space to hear yourself more clearly.
Other people’s perspectives can open us up to new possibilities. They can also leave us wondering whether we’re seeing things clearly at all.
In 1:1 coaching, the focus comes back to you. I listen without assuming, reflect what I hear without telling you what it means, and ask questions that invite you to look a little deeper.
There’s no agenda for who you should be or what you should do. Just space to explore what you think, feel, want, and believe—and to discover what becomes clearer when you can hear your own voice without someone else’s in the background.
I’m Jen—a coach, nurse, and facilitator who has spent more than 20 years alongside people through some of life’s most uncertain, vulnerable, and meaningful moments.
Nursing taught me to pay attention—not just to what someone says, but to what might be underneath it. To listen without assuming. To stay curious when things aren't clear. And to remember that there is always more to a person than what can be seen on the surface.
That curiosity has followed me beyond the hospital. I’m interested in what shapes us, what we believe, what we carry, and what becomes possible when we have enough space to see ourselves a little differently.
I don’t believe I know what’s best for you. My role is to listen closely, ask questions, and create space for you to be yourself—to be seen, heard, and met with curiosity rather than judgment.
That’s the kind of space I want Jennifer Lillian Wellness to be.

You’ve read a little about the philosophy and the spaces I create. If something here resonates, there are a few ways to step in.
Curious if coaching is right for you?
If you’re wondering what 1:1 coaching might look like—or whether it’s the right fit for where you are right now—we can talk. No commitment, no preparation. Just a conversation.
Want to explore with others?
Curious Hour and Book Club are open invitations to step into the conversation. Come with your questions, your perspective, or simply your curiosity.
